Applications are now open for the 2010 academic year! Select the application form you need from the options below (be sure to check the definitions to ensure that you select the correct form). If you need to print an application to mail, click on the PDF option.
Because admission application fees are nonrefundable, contact us before you apply if you would like to discuss your application or are unsure as to which application form to use (there is no fee for scholarship applications). Contact information is at the bottom of this page.
Undergraduate
For freshman, transfer, international, returning student, and non-degree admission.
Freshman
Use this application if you anticipate graduating from high school in this academic year or if you have graduated from high school and have not been enrolled in college after the summer following your high school graduation. Running Start students or students who have completed college coursework while in high school are considered freshmen for admission purposes.

Transfer
Use this application if you are not currently in high school and attended an accredited college or university after your high school graduation (not including the summer immediately following your graduation). If all your college work was completed while in high school, please use the Freshman application.

International
Undergraduate only. See below for graduate and professional school applications. Use this application if you are not a citizen of the United States of America and you are not a resident alien (a permanent resident/immigrant).

Former/Returning Student
If you previously enrolled at any Washington State University campus, you are considered a former student. If you were absent for more than one semester, you need to reapply for admission. If you were not in good academic standing your last semester at WSU, you may need to be reinstated (reinstatement information).

Non-degree
If you do not intend to complete a degree at WSU and are taking coursework for one or more of the following reasons: Personal enrichment, completion of coursework for transfer to another institution, or teaching endorsement.

Graduate and Professional
For domestic and international students applying to the WSU Graduate School or to the advanced degree programs in nursing, pharmacy, or veterinary medicine.
Graduate
For master's or doctoral (Ph.D.) programs, apply through the WSU Graduate School. (U.S. citizens/residents and international applicants)
Veterinary Medicine
For the D.V.M. program, apply through the WSU College of Veterinary Medicine. (U.S. citizens/residents and international applicants)
Pharmacy
For the Pharm.D. program, apply through the WSU College of Pharmacy. (U.S. citizens/residents and international applicants)
Nursing
For advanced nursing degrees, apply through the WSU College of Nursing. (U.S. citizens/residents and international applicants)
Scholarships
For undergraduate and graduate students. This application allows you to be considered for a wide range of scholarships based on varying combinations of academic merit and financial need.
Scholarship application
For undergraduates and graduate students. To be eligible for scholarships from WSU, you must also apply for admission. There is no fee for scholarship applications.

Online and post-bachelor's
For students who will be earning an additional bachelor's degree, additional certification, taking online courses, or earning a degree online.

Honors college admission
For undergraduates who wish to join the University's nationally recognized honors program.
Honors College
Use this application if you are a current WSU student and wish to apply for the Honors College. (New students who did not indicate an interest in the Honors College on their admission application may also use this form.)
