Alive! Summer Orientation

Activities for parents.

Attend Alive! to learn how to become an active part of your student's college experience.

  • Meet other parents who share similar concerns and learn about services available to assist parents of WSU students.
  • Learn about resources and strategies that will assist your student during their first year of college and beyond.
  • Spend time with University faculty, staff, and administrators in informal settings.
  • Review WSU costs and payment options.
  • Learn about on- and off-campus living options.
  • Watch your student's confidence grow as they learn about campus life.


Day 1

12:30 – 4:30 p.m.

Check in, Gannon-Goldsworthy residence halls

5:00 9:00 p.m.

Dinner and evening activities
