Who can attend this event?
All students that have been accepted for the Fall 2008 semester may attend Destination WSU. However, the March 17-18 event is a special program designed to meet the needs of out of state (non-Washington) students. Only non-residents
will be allowed to register for this event.
Who may accompany me to Destination WSU?
Destination participants can bring up to two guests. These guests may be your parents, guardians, or siblings who are interested in attending Washington State University. Please indicate the names of any guests on the registration form. There is a $15 fee for each guest.
How do I make travel and lodging arrangements? We have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express in Pullman (509-334-4437) for all three Destination WSU programs. The Destination event for non-resident students (March 17-18) will include special lodging arrangements; please see your registration confirmation for details. For all event dates, be sure to ask for the Destination WSU Future Cougar Discounted rate.

Is there any charge for attending?
Attendance at Destination WSU is free for each registered student.
However, there is a $15 fee for each guest (students can bring up to two guests).
What should I wear?
Dress is casual. Please wear comfortable shoes for your visit to our campus, as you can expect to do a lot of walking. Spring weather in the Pullman area can be chilly; rain or snow is a possibility. Consider dressing in layers and packing an umbrella for your trip.
Should I attend if I'm a transfer student?
Transfer students are welcome to attend the February and April Destination WSU events. (The March program is for non-resident incoming freshmen only.) However, Transfer Registration Days, may be a more appropriate and relevant program for transfer students.
