Why attend?
Future Cougars of Color gives you a unique opportunity to do two things at once:
- Interview for scholarships worth as much as $10,000 per year. Every student who attends receives a scholarship to Washington State University.
- Explore the University and see what WSU has to offer top students like you.
Spending two days on campus, you get to experience the University's unique residential community, world-class academic environment, and welcoming atmosphere with other motivated students of color:
- Talk with professors and find programs that fit your interests.
- Find out what it's like to live and study here as you tour campus and meet current college students.
- Learn about housing options, campus involvement, and leadership opportunities.
- Get detailed information on financial aid and other University scholarships.
Who can attend?
The Future Cougars of Color event is for students who have been admitted to WSU, and attendance is by invitation only. Invitations will be mailed to qualifying students beginning in December. More information on eligibility.
