What’s happening and when.
Before you check in
- Pick up your free campus parking permit at the Washington State University Visitor Center, located in the Cougar Depot at 225 N. Grand Avenue in downtown Pullman. Permits are required in all campus parking lots on weekdays.
Morning Activities
- Check in at the Compton Union Building (CUB), located on the Terrell Mall at the center of campus.
- Visit the Academic Fair. Talk with faculty and staff from different colleges to learn more about our world-class academic programs. Staff will also be on hand with information abou the numerous student services and resources available across campus.
Academic Visits
- Experience the unique academic environment at WSU. One of our student tour guides will escort you to an academic visit for a first-hand look at one of your areas of interest.
Lunch
- Choose from a wide array of meal options at one of three dining centers.
Afternoon Activities
- Tour campus and visit residence halls. Find out more about the campus community with current students as your guides. Tailored tours for freshmen and for transfer students show the campus locations and living options that are most relevant to you.
- Student Panel Discussions. Ask questions, get answers, and learn first-hand about the Cougar experience from current WSU students!
- Parent Panel Discussions. An opportunity for parents to ask their own questions of current students, staff, and administrators at this interactive session.
- The October 24 event will also feature a special Pre-Vet at Washington State (PAWS) program for students interested in veterinary sciences. Learn about WSU’s renowned veterinary medicine program, as well as the undergraduate studies that can help you prepare for admission. Includes a tour of the facilities, a faculty/advisor panel session, and more!
Closing Session
- Closing session. Find out what’s next for you at WSU and enter the day's drawing for Cougar prizes.
