Game Day Tours

Answers to commonly asked questions.

How do I get tickets for the football game?

Game tickets are NOT part of the campus tour. Please visit wsucougars.com to purchase tickets or call the WSU ticket office at 800-GO-COUGS for more information.

Whom may I bring to this event?

We encourage you to bring parents, guardians, or siblings who are interested in attending Washington State University. When you register, please indicate how many guests you will be bringing so that we can ensure that tour groups are an appropriate size.

What should I wear?

Dress is casual. Please wear appropriate footwear during your visit, as walking tours of the Washington State University campus include hills. If you or your guests have physical limitations that might affect your ability to attend the tour, please call us at 509-335-4980 so that we can make preparations for assistance. Fall weather in the Pullman area can be unpredictable. Consider dressing in layers.

Where can I park?

On football game days, there are special parking and traffic restrictions in effect around the stadium. Please visit WSU's Parking and Transportation Services for details.

What do I do if I need to change my visit date?

If you need to change your visit to another date or time, or cancel your visit, please call the Welcome Center at 509-335-4980 or send us an email at welcomecenter@wsu.edu. Be sure to include your name and the date of your scheduled visit.

Whom do I contact for assistance?

If you have questions or require assistance (including special accommodations for disabilities), please contact the Welcome Center at 509-335-4980 or welcomecenter@wsu.edu for arrangements. Advance notice (one week or more, if possible) is appreciated and will help us make the best possible accommodations for your needs.
