Answers to commonly asked questions.
Who may I bring to this event?
We encourage you to bring parents, guardians, or siblings who are interested in attending Washington State University.
When you register, please indicate how many guests you will be bringing
so that we can ensure that tour groups are an appropriate size.
What should I wear?
Dress is casual. Please wear appropriate footwear during your visit, as walking tours of the Washington State University campus include hills. If you or your guests have physical limitations that might affect your ability to attend the tour, please call us at 509-335-4980 so that we can make preparations for assistance. Spring weather in the Pullman area can be unpredictable. Consider dressing in layers.
What do I do if I need to change my visit date?
If you need to change your visit to another date or time, or cancel your visit, you can do so at visit scheduling.
Who do I contact for assistance?
If you have questions or require assistance (including special accommodations for disabilities), please contact the Welcome Center at 509-335-4980 or welcomecenter@wsu.edu for arrangements. Advance notice (one week or more, if possible) is appreciated, and will help us make the best possible accommodations for your needs.
