Engineering professor Shira Broschat says her approach is all about helping students succeed.
This three-time winner of the WSU School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Outstanding Teaching Faculty Award says, "As a teacher, it’s my responsibility to help my students maximize their potential." She adds, "We don’t get to choose our abilities, but it’s up to us to make the most of what we’ve been given."
Professor Broschat combines dedication to her National Science Foundation research project involving ultrasound imaging of breast tumors with an equal dedication to teaching students in the classroom.
